We ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our product undamaged to our valued customers. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been dispatched.
- If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy
The customer needs to raise a cancellation request at the Customer Service (+91 9911 134 567) and email to sales@amriti.co.in(available from Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM). Cancellation is valid only for 30 minutes after placing the order. Since the article of sale is a food product, we are sorry about the short refund timeline. Your order amount less the payment gateway charges will be refunded. In any event where Amriti.co.in is unable to deliver the product due to no-stock or other reasons, entire order amount will be refunded.
Exchange policy
Amriti.co.in will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You make a request through phone (+91 9911 134 567) and email to sales@amriti.co.in.
Refund Policy
On receiving cancellation request of an order, it will take us a minimum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.whatsapp/call. Having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
